AgentW
In developmentThe command centre for AI coding assistants. One workspace for the AI coding assistants you already use, running on your own server. AgentW starts and looks after each assistant's session, keeps each project's memory with the project, and lets you work with all of them from a browser.
The opportunity
AI coding assistants have become everyday tools for professional developers (Stack Overflow Developer Survey). They live in terminals and editors, and they forget. Each vendor keeps its own history, and nothing ties them to a team's own infrastructure. AgentW is the vendor-neutral layer above them: it runs every major assistant on the customer's own server, keeps their work in the project, and gives one workspace to individuals, teams and supervised users. It sells as licensed software, so there is no AI usage to resell and no cloud to run.
What it does
- Bring your own AI. AgentW runs the official command-line tools: Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, Gemini, GitHub Copilot and Antigravity. You keep your own subscriptions and keys. AgentW does not resell AI usage, and your code doesn't pass through us.
- Project memory that lasts. Instructions, status, open issues and hand-off notes live in each project's folder as plain files. A new chat, a restart or a switch to a different AI tool picks up where the last one stopped.
- Sessions that survive. Each project runs in its own terminal session on the server. Close the browser, lose the connection or reboot your laptop, and the work carries on and is there when you come back.
- One browser workspace. Live sessions, a prompt composer, prompt history, a file tree and editor, uploads and downloads, and terminals, in one window.
- Safe recovery. Checkpoints before risky changes, and AgentW recovers the session itself after a crash or restart.
- Reminders and to-dos. Assistants can leave you numbered to-dos for things only you can do, and set reminders, so nothing gets lost in a long chat.
- Projects that work together. Link two projects, and one can ask the other for work. The answer comes back to be checked.
- Supervised accounts. Let family members or colleagues use AI projects on your server, each in their own sandbox, under rules you set. An audit log records what happens.
Who it is for
- Developers who use more than one AI coding assistant and want one place to run them.
- Small teams and agencies that keep their projects on their own servers.
- Server owners who want to give others safe, supervised access to AI tools.
How it works
- Install AgentW on your Linux server.
- Install the AI command-line tools you use, and sign in to them as usual.
- Open the workspace in your browser through Tunnel Manager, which keeps a private SSH tunnel to your server.
- Create or open a project, choose an AI assistant and start working. AgentW keeps the session and the project's memory.
Security and privacy
- AgentW runs on your server, under your account. There is no AgentW cloud.
- The workspace is reached through an SSH tunnel, not exposed on a public port.
- Your AI tools talk directly to their own providers, with your accounts.
- Supervised people work in separate sandboxes and see only their own projects.
Built at scale
AgentW is the largest product in the portfolio: a Go engine, a browser workspace and a root supervisor for supervised accounts. Together they are more than 290,000 lines of source code with hundreds of automated test files, measured on 2026-10-21.
Status and availability
AgentW is in development. We use it every day to build our own products, including the other products on this site. The engine is being rewritten in Go for a professional release, with native installers and licensing.
AgentW will be commercial software. The plan is a licence to use the version you buy, with a period of updates included, and the option to renew updates later. Prices will be announced at launch.

FAQ
Does AgentW include an AI model?
No. You use the AI tools and subscriptions you already have. AgentW runs and organises them.
Can I still use the AI tools without AgentW?
Yes. AgentW uses the standard tools and leaves your files as normal files, so you can always work without it.
Where is my code stored?
On your server, in your project folders. AgentW does not copy it anywhere.
When will it launch?
We will announce the date when the release build is ready. Join the launch list and we will email you once.
