About iTechMates
iTechMates is the software division of W3DPRINT LTD, a company registered in England and Wales and based in Colchester. We own and develop a portfolio of five infrastructure products for developers, teams and site owners who keep their work on their own servers.
What we do
We started by building the tools we needed ourselves: a way to run AI coding assistants on our own server without losing their history, safe access to private admin tools, and backups we could trust. Those tools became our products: AgentW, Tunnel Manager, Private Web, Backup Suite and TunPurl.
We build them with the same tools we sell. AgentW runs the AI assistants that help write our code, and Tunnel Manager is how we reach our servers every day.
How we work
- Own infrastructure. Our products run on machines our customers control.
- Standard tools underneath. OpenSSH, tmux, systemd and rclone. If our software stops, your work doesn't.
- Security first. No public admin ports, pinned keys, least privilege and no telemetry.
- Honest releases. Each product shows how far along it is. We call something released only when you can download it.
