Pricing

We will provide you with a full inclusive cost and time frame upon receiving your quotation request. But for your estimation, our hourly rates are stated below:

Business Hours : Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm
£60 Home Call outs – for first 60 min and £30 per hour thereafter.
£80 Business call outs – for first 60 min and £40 per hour thereafter.
£45 Remote Home support – for first 60 min and £30 per hour thereafter.
£60 Remote Business support – for first 60 min and £40 per hour thereafter.

For Mon-Fri, 5pm to 10pm there is up to 50% surcharge to the above pricing.
For Mon-Fri, 10pm to 9am there is up to 100% surcharge to the above pricing
For Sat-Sun, there is up to 150% surcharge to the above pricing.

Areas we cover:

We are based in Central Essex. So for home and business call outs we cover most of the greater London and Eastern regions of the UK. We also can collect/dispatch your items/devices via post from/to any part of the UK. We can meet up any where in UK for discussing and finalizing your IT projects.
